the view was nice, but the noise from the terrace was unbearable. we could barely sleep! also, the windows woudl ve been easier to close if they weren’t always broken. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i suppose special treatment only goes to others here. it’s just so disappointing, really.

Breakfast involved little choice and was plated by staff, lacking variety and quality despite being plentiful, leading to an underwhelming start to the day.

This place suits me perfectly. It has air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. The staff helped me with places to shop during my first stay, and breakfast is always excellent! I’ll be back for a holiday.
